CRYSTALYX VP®-30 is a 30% protein formula utilizing plant protein plus non-protein nitrogen (NPN). CRYSTALYX VP®-30 is designed to provide supplemental energy, protein, macro minerals, trace minerals and vitamins. It delivers continuous supplemental crude protein in the form of amino acids and non-protein nitrogen (ammonia). Ammonia (produced from urea) is required by rumen microorganisms for growth and fiber digestion and amino acids from natural proteins (the building blocks of protein) can further enhance forage utilization.
