Q: When should SUPERMAG™ be fed?
A: SUPERMAG™ should be fed to beef cattle any time a high magnesium supplement is required, especially during early spring when grass tetany is a concern. When forages are high in potassium, magnesium availability is decreased. SUPERMAG™ should also be fed under these conditions.

Q: When should cattle start consuming SUPERMAG™?
A: Approximately 14-to-21 days before going on magnesium-deficient pastures.

Q: Is SUPERMAG™ safe for equine or sheep?
A: No, the high magnesium content may be toxic to equine. STABLE-LYX® is recommended. The high levels of copper can be toxic to sheep. SHEEP-LYX™ is recommended.

Q: Most sources of supplemental magnesium are very unpalatable. How does CRYSTALYX® SUPERMAG™ overcome this problem?
A: Highly palatable molasses solids in SUPERMAG™ mask the unpalatable supplemental magnesium.

Q: Does SUPERMAG™ contain energy?
A: Yes, all CRYSTALYX® Brand Supplements contain a concentrated level of energy.
