What is the advantage of feeding

whereas minerals can be quite unpalatable. Palatability
depends on mineral sources used and composition.
The unpalatability of the mineral contained in MINERAL-LYX®
is masked by highly palatable molasses solids. Feeding
MINERAL-LYX® results in more consistent and
uniform mineral intake by animals within the herd.

No, MINERAL-LYX® contains a high
level of phosphorus for high forage diets. A specific
grower or finisher feedlot supplement is recommended
for feedlot cattle because they are formulated to
supply extra calcium and potassium to balance high
grain diets. Do not feed MINERAL-LYX® to feedlot
cattle.
