  Leray Pahl’s livestock herd consists of purebred and commercial cows, near Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada. Leray’s primary purpose of using CRYSTALYX® was to shorten up his calving interval and breed more cows. His cows seemed to have delayed cycling when on pasture in early spring. Now that CRYSTALYX® is in use, Leray has observed more cows cycling prior to breeding.
CRYSTALYX® BioBarrels® added the extra needed nutrition, and helped get more cows bred during the breeding season. Simplicity of the BioBarrel® in his operation is a plus, and all of his cows are utilizing the Bio-Barrel®. Leray has noticed that the barrel has even degrability even in wet weather.
